Which package is for me?

You have a wedding, important birthday party, big holiday coming up and you simply MUST look your best. Our gold and platinum memberships both come with a results guarantee so we worry about your exercise and nutrition and so you can concentrate on everything else!
I am confused about what I should be doing to achieve my goals but can’t commit to a regular session. Our distanced coaching programmes give you the guidance and instruction you need to achieve your goals without a regular training commitment.
I want more help with a specific exercise challenge but don’t need any help with motivation. We offer single sessions in assessment / technique / and intensity to show you where you currently are and how to improve.
You have tried exercising before but always seem to burn out and not be able to sustain it. You are concerned that this might happen again... With all our regular Personal Training Sessions have a full assessment questionnaire which will tell us whether you are READY to exercise yet. Those that are not ready to exercise can take advantage of our stress management turbo session in order to get themselves properly prepared for exercise.
