Do I need to be really fit for the courses?
No! - In fact our 4 week fitness is designed specifically for people who aren’t fit! The beauty of our courses is that they are progressive so that they are ideal for people returning to fitness who could get injured or feel slightly out of their depth in drop in classes.

However, if you ARE fit, then you should try our 6 week fitness courses. Ideal for triathletes, runners or people looking for a different challenge, they will make even the fittest fitter!
What happens if I cannot make all of the sessions?
Although you will get the greatest benefit from doing all the sessions in a course, you can still get great results from doing over 60%, so we sell vouchers for 6,8 or 10 sessions if this suits you better.
Why do you run courses rather than drop in sessions?
The reason that we do courses rather than drop in sessions is simple. Courses allow us to deliver BETTER results in less time! With a course we can increase the intensity of the sessions over time, meaning you get fitter with less chance of getting injured. We can also measure and monitor your progress at regular intervals to keep you motivated. Drop in classes can never be as scientific or offer the same level of accountability as courses.
Why are you more expensive than British Military Fitness?
We won’t lie to you and tell you that we are the cheapest outdoor exercise company in the area, because we are not. Unlike drop in sessions, we can make sure the classes get harder over time, improving your fitness and working different muscles. We can also measure you regularly and record your results. What Happens when it rains?
When it rains, we get a little wet! Whilst the wet weather is uncomfortable at first, with the correct clothing exercise in the rain is great fun. We modify the sessions to cope with the rain - You won’t be lying on the ground - but it certainly doesn’t affect the results you get!
