Saturday Mornings are a great chance for anyone to find out what all the fuss is about! Sessions are held every Saturday Morning at 0930 at Turnham Green – Opposite Chiswick High Road – You will see the UV flag - and last for 50 minutes. At the end we will briefly explain how the courses work. Whether you are someone new to exercise or simply want to try something different feel free to drop in! Sessions are £5 if you book online or £10 on the day.

If you want to get the courses for our LOWEST RATES simply subscribe for just £69 a month! This will give you access to ALL our sessions, that’s 16 sessions a month! There is a minimum commitment of three Bootcamps and we bill you automatically, meaning less hassle for you! Remember you get access to four sessions sessions a week (including Saturdays!) and will be automatically booked onto the next course until you choose to cancel. All we ask is a commitment of three bootcamps and one bootcamp’s notice if you want to cancel.
